AHCAB Announces the 6th AHCAB International Expo 2026
Theme: Healthy Animal, Thriving Nation
Dhaka, Bangladesh — 29 Sep 2025
The Animal Health Companies Association of Bangladesh (AHCAB) proudly announces the 6th AHCAB International Expo 2026, the largest and most influential gathering in Bangladesh dedicated to advancing animal health, sustainable livestock development, and safe food production.
The three-day event will take place from 08–10 January 2026 at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB), Dhaka. This landmark Expo will convene distinguished participants from across the globe, including policymakers, industry leaders, veterinarians, researchers, entrepreneurs, and farmers—all united by a shared commitment to strengthening the future of animal health and food security in Bangladesh.
Theme: “Healthy Animal, Thriving Nation”
This year’s theme highlights the vital connection between animal health and national development. Healthy fish and livestock ensure a safe, nutritious, and affordable supply of protein, directly addressing malnutrition while supporting the well-being and cognitive development of future generations. At the same time, healthier fish and animals mean stronger rural economy—helping farmers raise productivity, increase incomes, create jobs, and build more resilient communities, in line with Bangladesh’s vision of inclusive growth and poverty reduction.
Beyond food and livelihoods, healthy pet animals provide a range of physical, emotional and even economic benefits to humans. Strong veterinary practices and biosecurity reduce the risk of zoonotic diseases, protecting people and the environment. Aligned with the One Health approach, which recognizes the interdependence of human, animal, and environmental health, this year’s theme also reflects Bangladesh’s ambition to expand trade, boost exports, and position itself as a competitive player in the regional and global markets.
Key Features of the Expo
- Exhibition Showcase: Cutting-edge products, vaccines, medicines, feed solutions, diagnostics, and technologies from leading global and local companies.
- Expert Dialogues: Knowledge-sharing sessions led by international and national experts on animal health, sustainable practices, and global trade opportunities.
- Networking Opportunities: A platform to connect stakeholders across the entire value chain—from farmers, veterinarians and end users to global agribusinesses and policymakers.
